The Technical Assurance process covers all the phases of a project's life cycle, whether for a new infrastructure to the renewal of existing facilities. It includes corroboration and validation of functional requirement specification, engineering layout and design, contractor's commissioning, supply and delivery of equipment and material, construction and installation work, initial start-up operational tasks, personnel training and final verification of the correct deployment of the IT infrastructure.
